GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICES
LICENSING TERMS: - Revisions will be charged or not charged depending on how big it is. - The deadline provided must be reasonable, at least 3 DAYS MINIMUM. - Be respectful, contempt will result in the commission being cancelled. - I have the right to post my work on social media. Unless, it's something needed to be kept a secret. - I have the right to cancel commissions with proper reason. Any payments that have went, will be refunded to you. USAGE TERMS: - By default, commissioned work is for personal use only. The client may not resell, redistribute, or claim the work as their own creation. - You are allowed to use my work as reference for other projects. - The client is prohibited into feeding my commissioned work to AI software.
PAYMENT TERMS OF SERVICES
PAYMENT POLICIES: - A 50% payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before the final files are delivered. This is non-negotiable. - You must cover all the taxes imposed. Use the "Friends & Family" mode on PayPal. REFUND POLICIES: - NO REFUNDS. Unless, I made a mistake. - I will NOT cover any taxes imposed on a refund.
